The job
This one started before the building was finished. A coming-soon site went up first to build interest while the floor was still under construction. By opening day the whole machine was running: the website, online sign-up with membership tiers, digital waivers, automated billing, and one inbox for every message. A new gym gets one shot at its opening month, and this one did not spend it on paperwork.
