What we collect
When you fill in a form, book a time, text, call, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email, and whatever you tell us about the job. The website also collects basic analytics (pages visited, device, rough location) and, on pages that run ads, uses cookies and pixels from Meta and Google.

How we use it
To reply to you, scope and deliver the work, send you texts and emails about your inquiry or your account, invoice you, and understand which pages and campaigns bring people here. We do not sell your information and we do not rent lists.

Text messages
By giving us your phone number you agree to receive text messages from Samurai Digital Solutions about your inquiry and, if you become a client, your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Who we share it with
The companies that run our tools: our hosting provider, our CRM and messaging platform, our payment processor, Google, and Meta. They process it on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We share nothing else, except when the law requires it.

Cookies and pixels
Pages that run ad campaigns carry the Meta pixel and Google tags so we can measure which ad brought someone here. You can block cookies in your browser and still use the site. The ad settings on your own Meta and Google accounts control how those companies use that data.

How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you, do the work, and keep our records straight. If you ask us to delete your contact information, we do, unless we have to keep an invoice or a legal record.

Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails with the unsubscribe link. Email support@samuraidigitalsolutions.com for any of it.

Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
