Effective September 2026
Terms of Service.
- 01
What we do
We build and run marketing for businesses: websites and landing pages, online stores, branding, Google Business Profile work, local SEO, Meta and Google ads, CRM and follow-up systems, AI systems and automation, and social content. The exact work for your business is set out in your proposal.
- 02
Quotes and setup fees
Every job starts with a scoped proposal and a number. Setup fees cover the build, the wiring, and the training, and are due before work starts unless your proposal says otherwise. Ad spend is paid by you to Meta or Google directly, from your own accounts.
- 03
Monthly plans and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, and run month to month. Cancel any time with written notice before your next billing date. There are no refunds for a month already started. Setup fees are not refundable once work has begun.
- 04
What you own
You own your website, its content, your domain, your ad accounts, your pixel, your customer list, and your data. When you leave, we hand it over and help you move it. We keep our own internal tools, templates, processes, and anything we built for other clients.
- 05
What we need from you
Content, photos, logins, timely answers, and decisions. Delays on your side delay the work. You confirm that anything you give us to publish is yours to use and that your business operates lawfully.
- 06
No guarantees on results
Google decides rankings. Meta and Google decide ad delivery. Customers decide whether to call. We control the inputs, report honestly on the outputs, and tell you when something is not working. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, or ad results.
- 07
Limits on our liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our work is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, or for outages and changes at platforms we do not control.
- 08
Other people's platforms
Our work runs on hosting, CRM, payment, store, and ad platforms that each have their own terms. Their rules, prices, and outages are theirs. We build around them, but we do not control them.
- 09
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Questions, notices, and disputes come to support@samuraidigitalsolutions.com or (860) 735-4525 first, because a phone call solves most things.
